Refund Policy

Weddings:

Full refunds may be given if only retainer payment has been made. Partial refunds may be considered if we have to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances, fail to deliver, or fail to have your order available for pickup at the time and date specified in the contract. Any unforeseen circumstances fall within the situations outlined in the “Situations that may affect an order” section located in Terms & Conditions.

All other orders:

Full refunds will only be given if: 

  • Only retainer payment has been made​. 

  • Order was placed with two (2) weeks notice or more. If order was paid in full with two (2) weeks notice or more, a full refund may be issued.

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • The client or their representative provides Lady Caker with incorrect information, including, but not limited to: the wrong date, time, or location. Nor are we responsible for any additional expenses the client may incur due to said incorrect information.

  • There is a disagreement as to minor issues involving style, decorations, color/shade/tint, size of decorations; misunderstandings regarding the design, overall general design concept; general dissatisfaction as to product flavor; and/or a failure on the part of the client to specify what they want.

  • The order contains imperfections caused by weather, heat, humidity, rain, ice, freezing, snow, or other factors beyond our control.​​
