A minimum of two weeks notice is required for all cake orders. Not only due to availability, but time for shipping supplies and decorations, and creating toppers for the project.

A 50% retainer is required for all orders. Your cake date is not reserved without payment.

Pickup/delivery times and days are Thursday-Sunday, 10am-4pm

Cancelations must be requested a minimum of 72 hours before cake date.

Any cake order for cakes 8” and smaller submitted 5 days or less before the cake date is considered a rush order.

Orders for multi-tier cakes and cakes larger than 8” are not eligible for rush orders.

For rush orders, full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Cancelations for rush orders will not be refunded.
